School Cross Country 

This past Tuesday, St Bernadette’s held their annual school cross country. The weather looked to be against us, but it was fortunately kept at bay by our intense enthusiasm for the running of our carnival. In fact, not long after the commencement of the first race, the sun poked through the dark sky and remained with us for the duration of the event. The races were run without a hitch, which was due to the incredible support of our parent volunteers and teachers. Without their support we would not have had the success we were able to experience. So a tremendous thanks needs to be extended to all those who supported us on the day. Of course this is also an opportunity for us to celebrate the successes of those students who have now made it through to the next level of competition at the Diocesan Cross Country to be held at Eastern Creek. These students placed 6th or higher and met the appropriate qualifying times for their age groups. Congratulations and we wish you all the best.
