Fathers Day Celebration
Dear parents, guardians and friends,
This Sunday we will celebrate Father’s Day. A day that is considered very important to acknowledge the contribution of fathers to families. The day also enables families and friends to express love and gratitude for their fathers or father figures. A great way in starting your day is to celebrate in Mass to extend this love and compassion to God our Holy Father, whom we seek for guidance in all that we do. Mass at the Parish Church will be celebrated on Saturday – 6pm (childrens Mass), followed by Sunday – 8.30am and again at 10am. All welcome to celebrate Mass with the Parish Community.
Finally, thank you to all our fathers, grandfathers and guardians who came to our Father’s Day BBQ breakfast, Liturgy and open classrooms. It was such a wonderful morning seeing our school community unite with each other.
On behalf of the school community, we wish all our fathers, grandfathers and guardians a Blessed Happy Father’s Day.
“For I have chosen him, so that he will direct his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing what is right and just, so that the LORD will bring about for Abraham what he has promised him.” (Genesis 18:19)
Have a blessed week everyone,
Mrs Mabellynn Buenaventura
(Religious Education Coordinator).
