School Fees

Ensuring a quality Catholic education is affordable and accessible for children

There are three levels of annual fees, billed in instalments during Terms 1, 2 and 3:

  • Annual Diocesan Tuition Fees set by the Catholic Education Office
  • Diocesan Building Levy set by the Catholic Education Office
  • School-based fees.

Discounts on Fees

Catholic schools in the Diocese of Parramatta are committed to providing an affordable quality Catholic education for families. We understand the financial demands placed on families and seek to keep the fees as low as possible. No child who meets the enrolment criteria will be refused enrolment or disadvantaged because of a family's financial circumstances.

There are very significant discounts for the second (25% reduction) and third (50% reduction) children enrolled from the one family. There are no fees for the fourth and subsequent children.

If you have children in other Diocesan schools, please click on the Sibling Discount Applicable Schools attachment to see if a discount will be automatically applied.

If any of your children attend a school listed where a sibling advice notice is required, please complete and return the Sibling Registration for Diocesan Tuition Fees form.

Please note that for automatic discounts to apply the residential address on each enrolment form must be the same. It is up to parents to advise schools of other siblings in order to receive the discount. Please note that discounts are not backdated.

Flexible Payment Options

There are a range of options available to assist families WITH THE PAYMENT OF FEES.

No student will be refused enrolment because of a family’s genuine inability to pay fees.

School-Based Fees

Term 1

School Resource Fee: $135.00 per child

The Resource Fee covers the cost of exercise books, visual art materials and other resources your child will be using in their class during the school year.  In 2017 this includes resources for the spelling program - Soundwaves K - 6.

Term 2

School Activity Fee: $170.00 per child

This fee will be invoiced during Term 2 and covers the costs involved for the following activities:

Sports Carnival $15.00
Swimming Carnival $15.00
Swimming Program $85.00
In School Show $15.00
Dance Fever Program $25.00
Life Ed Program $5.00
Book Week Author visit $10.00

The swimming program takes place during Term 4. The purpose of the program is to equip non-swimmers with basic water safety and survival swimming skills, and to extend those who are already able to swim. It is the school’s expectation that all children will participate in this program unless parents contact the Principal for special consideration.

Term 3

Technology Fee: $80.00 per family

The Technology Fee is to enable the school to maintain a high standard of technology. This includes printing, software and replacement of digital hardware.

Term 4

Excursions:

Class Excursions

The cost of an excursion will be payable prior to the date of the excursion. Parents will be informed of the cost 3 4 weeks before the excursion is due to take place. Parents are assured that the cost of a class excursion should not exceed $50.00 per child. The school endeavours to keep excursion costs to a minimum.

Stage 3 Overnight Excursion

This is not included in the cost of the class excursions. More information regarding Stage 3 activities will be forwarded early in Term 1.

Flexible Payment Options

Flexible payment options are offered to all families. This provides you with the opportunity to select a payment method and plan that best suits your circumstances. School fee payment methods include cash, cheque, direct debit, credit card, EFTPOS, BPay, Australia Post BPay, and deductions from Centrelink payments. Payments can also be made on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, at no additional charge and by arrangement with the School Finance Officer.
