While the students are diligently learning from home, the school garden is in isolation … never-the-less the work goes on!
The Term 2 Environment Team enjoyed lunch and a tour, at the Lalor Park Community Garden, in Week 10 and received a Certificate of Appreciation, for a job well done!
On Wednesday 9 June, eight Stage 1 students were nominated by their Teachers, to participate in a special Creating Session with Mrs Fairhurst and Miss Clare and to enjoy a tasty treat! The Recipe was: Rainbow Fruit Skewers.
Maybe, “Scientist Mia” can work some magic and turn that Tomato red and the Beetroot into a larger one!
This week Kindergarten have been learning about mass. They have been using trial and error to complete some tough challenges- just like true mathematicians!!!
Last week, Year 6 students had the chance to go see their buddies and play some sport together!!
The wet and cold weather didn’t stop Stage 1 from doing their weekly Sport. Being stuck inside, we turned to Just Dance and Cosmic Yoga!
