To conclude our HARMONY DAY celebrations we had the talented African Beat Group entertain us with their traditional drumming. The biggest surprise was that we all got to join in as well. We ALL has so much fun including students, staff and parents. What a fabulous day of celebrating EVERYONE! We all have a story that deserves to be honoured and celebrated!!! Our International Food Stalls on HARMONY DAY did not disappoint!! A massive thanks to all our parents who spent hours preparing an extraordinary banquet of glorious international delights for us all to sample. The kids and staff loved it!! Commitment to Close the Gap clear for Western Sydney Catholic schools
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) has released its first annual Closing the Gap report. This report outlines its contribution to improving socio-economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, particularly students and their families. CSPD Chief Executive Officer Jack de Groot said the report reflects the dedication of CSPDβs 6 500 staff in fostering reconciliation and equity through the organisationβs 80 outstanding school across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
